Over the next few weeks, we’ll be transitioning over to a new online giving platform. All recurring gifts will need to be transferred from Faith Direct to Pushpay by December 8th. While this change is happening, we want to make sure you feel supported every step of the way.
To cancel your existing re-curring donation with FaithDirect and migrate to our new online giving platform Pushpay, please login to your current account using the link below. Please be mindful of your scheduled payment date with Faith Direct when selecting a Pushpay start date in order to ensure you don’t accidentally duplicate your donations for the current month. What is “PushPay”?
PushPay is simply the name of the secure payment processing system that St. Andrew uses to handle a portion of our online gifts. When you create your account and receive confirmation emails, you may notice the PushPay name and branding. This is normal and simply indicates you’re using our trusted, secure payment platform.
Can I modify my recurring gift?
Yes! You have full control over your recurring gifts through our secure online platform. You can easily adjust the amount, frequency, or payment method at any time.
