Protecting God’s
Children Workshop
All volunteers must attend Protecting God’s Children, a workshop intended to educate volunteers to recognize and prevent sexual abuse.
Registration is required for the workshop and may be done online. After the workshop, you are asked to keep your training updated through monthly online bulletins and annual recertification. To pre-register and for monthly updates and recertification, visit virtus.org. The next workshop at St. Matthew is Saturday, June 16, from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm. Both workshops are located in the banquet room. You must register at virtus.org.
